Booking and timing
Do you offer same day rubbish removal on the Gold Coast?
Yes. Call 0444 526 245 early and we can usually fit you in the same day, anywhere from Coolangatta to Coomera.
Are you open on weekends?
We run seven days a week, 6:30am to 6:30pm, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the items are accessible and you're happy with the quote, we can collect while you're out and send payment details afterwards.
Can you work after hours for a business?
Yes. Cafes, shops and offices often book early morning or evening pickups so trading isn't disrupted.
Pricing and payment
How is the price worked out?
By the volume your load takes up in the truck, plus disposal costs for that material. The price is confirmed on site before loading starts.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there's a minimum that covers a single item pickup. It's the cheapest option for one mattress, fridge or lounge.
Do you charge to quote?
No. Quotes are free and there's no call-out fee if you decide not to go ahead.
What we take
What can you take away?
Furniture, mattresses, whitegoods, electronics, general household junk, green waste, timber, scrap metal, cardboard, office furniture, shop fitouts, renovation debris, soil and rubble.
What can't you take?
Asbestos, liquid paint, chemicals, gas bottles and hazardous waste must go through a licensed specialist. Send us a photo if you're unsure.
Do you take fridges and air conditioners?
Yes. Both are handled through licensed recyclers so the refrigerant gas is degassed correctly.
What happens to my rubbish?
Usable goods go to charity or resale, metal, cardboard, e-waste and green waste are sorted for recycling, and only the leftovers reach landfill.
Access and the job itself
Do I have to move things to the kerb?
No. Our crew removes items from wherever they sit — inside, upstairs, in the shed or behind the pool fence.
Can you work in high-rise buildings?
Yes. We book loading docks and service lifts with building management and use lift protection in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Main Beach towers.
Will you leave a mess?
No. Every job ends with a sweep of the area, and we protect floors, paving and lawns while carrying loads out.
Is Clear Out insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and can provide details for body corporates and commercial sites on request.
