Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
Quotes and pricing
We quote by the volume your rubbish takes up in the truck. The price is confirmed with you on site before any loading starts, and the price agreed is the price you pay.
Booking and access
You confirm you own the items to be removed or have authority to dispose of them, and that our crew can access the property safely. Same day service is often possible but not guaranteed.
What we cannot take
We do not remove asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint or gas bottles. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before the crew arrives.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job.
Disposal
Reusable goods are donated where possible, recyclable materials are separated, and the remainder goes to a licensed facility.
