Booking a removal should take one phone call. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch.
1. Call or send the details
Ring 0444 526 245 or use the quote form. Tell us your suburb, what needs to go and roughly how much there is. A photo speeds everything up.
2. Get a price and a time slot
We quote by the volume the load takes in the truck and book a window that suits you, including same day where a truck is free.
3. We arrive and confirm the quote
The crew checks the load on site and confirms the price before anything is lifted. No surprise charges once we start.
4. We load, sweep and leave
Our crew carries everything out, protects floors and lifts, then sweeps the space so it is ready to use straight away.
5. Sorted for donation and recycling
Back at the yard the load is separated — charity, metal, cardboard, e-waste, green waste — before the rest is taken to a licensed facility.
