How rubbish removal pricing works
We charge for the space your load takes up in the truck, plus the disposal fees for that type of material. You get the number before we start loading, and it doesn't move.
Load sizes explained

Pricing questions
Why don't you list fixed dollar prices?
Because volume, weight and access change the job so much. A quarter load of light packaging is a very different job to a quarter load of wet soil or concrete. We quote in a minute or two over the phone and confirm on site before we start.
What affects the price?
How much space the load takes in the truck, how heavy it is, how far it has to be carried, whether stairs or lifts are involved, and the disposal fees for that material type.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. If you don't accept the on-site quote, we leave and you pay nothing.
Which materials cost more to dispose of?
Soil, concrete, rubble, tyres and mattresses attract higher tip fees, so heavy or specially handled material costs more per cubic metre than general household junk.
How do I pay?
On the day, once the truck is loaded. We accept card and bank transfer, and can invoice commercial customers.
